LATE CHARGES: $15.00 per hour

GUESTS

All guests must be registered at the office
No other Visitors are allowed in the rooms after 10 p.m.

PETS

Well behaved pets accepted.  $15.00 extra. (some kitchenette units only.  Please note smoking is also allowed in all pet friendly rooms).

TELEPHONE

Limited Free local calls. Long distance calls $1.00 per minute.

PAYMENT POLICY

Advance payment required at check –in.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Card, and Cash.  Absolutely no cheques will be accepted.  Please note, for cash and debit card payments, a valid credit card imprint or $100.00 cash will be required at check-in as a security deposit.

One piece of official picture ID required for all transactions.

TAXES

Additional to Room rates:

RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be made with a valid credit card.  For 3rd party reservations an emailed or faxed copy of the following will be required.  Valid credit card, valid picture identification, and a signed authorization letter.   For reservations made by telephone, please ensure you take note of your confirmation number, the date and time you made the reservation, and the customer service agents name.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

A booking of five rooms or more by one person or organization.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a reservation a minimum 7 days notice is required.

SMOKING

Guests who choose to smoke in a non-smoking unit will be billed an ADDITIONAL $100 for extra cleaning

DAMAGES

All damages over and above normal “wear and tear” will be billed to the guests account and charged accordingly.

KITCHENETTES

Self-catering min-kitchens are equipped with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Guests who choose to leave dirty dished will be billed an ADDITIONAL $20.00 cleaning fee.

MANAGEMENT
RIGHTS

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, to cancel a reservation, and the right to assign and re-assign the guest to such accommodation as the management sees fit.
